Customer Service Resources: Delivering quality customer service costs business owners very little, but delivers enormous dividends in the end. EMA / iDEA Antitrust Compliance Guidelines: EMA's and iDEA's officers, directors, and members should be familiar with these antitrust compliance guidelines, and adhere to the spirit and letter of these guidelines. These guidelines are not a definitive statement of all applicable antitrust laws or their interpretation. Rather, these guidelines state absolute prohibitions and exceed the minimum requirements of the law, as a reflection of EMA / iDEA's policy. |
